Today was a particularly tough day to publish. One pc went down, and, the entire post was lost just as it was being finished at 4 am this morning. With no recourse but to do it over, we are just now getting to the end of the assembly task again. Since, I am severely sleep deprived, I propose to leave any words of wisdom for tomorrow (LOL). Hacker Alert!!! Check Your List!
Hi Bill! The message came to me from one of my clan/mafia leaders. Her message directed us to the page of this woman, where the posts about her "dealings" were supposedly seen openly...By the time I got the message, the lady's page was CLOSED...She apparently had her wall closed. I can forward you to the one who sent the message to me and you may follow the trail if you desire. I cannot rightly say I saw anything, but relayed the message to my mafia. I personally didn't have this woman but shared approximately 15 friends with her. Many are new friends to me. Good luck with your findings Bill.

I would suggest that Facebook do a thorough investigation of her page and go through her posts and past chats...that is the best way they can really know what is going on. Another suggestion is that this allegation be followed through to the original. This hacking business has really gotten out of hand...many of my friends can attest to the recent boom of chat boxes popping up simultaneously from other friends with links to videos (which most of us already were aware of that particular hacker tactic). It was really bothersome this time around. 
There are also incidents where I received inbox messages from my clan alliances, concerning hacked accounts of people in their clan. The hacking resulted in accounts being disabled. No one wants to take any chances and we all know that a few of our friends are indeed hackers...The question is which ones? Even my account has been hacked on a few occasions but not to the extent of causing real harm. We can never be too careful.

The Nigerian Scam Defined

A Five Billion US$ (as of 1996, much more now) worldwide Scam which has run since the early 1980's under Successive Governments of Nigeria. It is also referred to as "Advance Fee Fraud", "419 Fraud" (Four-One-Nine) after a formerly relevant section of the Criminal Code of Nigeria, and "The Nigerian Connection" (mostly in Europe). However, it is usually called plain old "419" even by the Nigerians themselves. 419 is defined as a sub-classification of Advance Fee Fraud in which the criminals have a West African (primarily Nigerian) connection. There are of course Advance Fee Fraud criminals of many nationalites, operating in many nations, but only Advance Fee Fraud crime with a West African (primarily Nigerian) connection is classified as 419. 419ers operate globally and there are 419er cells in many nations, but Nigeria tends to be the "home office" of most 419ers regardless of the physical location of an individual cell. 419 crime is multinational and transnational. In recent years the massive use of e-mail and the internet to perpetrate 419 crime has also made it virtually omnipresent.

If you are playing the game unframed from time to time, you have noticed that since friday popups did not work. Same also happens on the framed mafiawars.com page, so its probably not intentional from Zynga. There have been some workaround floating around, Team Spockholm had also one that restored the popups but  caused some background popups to appear. After hours of sleepless developing, Martin from Team Spockholm came with a great solution....
