Today brings me one day closer to my trip to California and my day at Zynga Headquarters. The excitement builds as I continue to wonder what may lie in store for me within the realms of the creators. I consider this trip to be a great opportunity to touch base and see what's behind the scenes of the application that has not only become my favorite pastime, but also a major part of my life.
Throughout the time that I've been playing, each day has brought me closer to the people with whom I interact on a daily basis. These people have become close and very dear to my heart as we play together, laugh together, share each others dreams together and even cry together. The Mafia Wars Community is filled with a wide array of persons from all walks of life who have taken their time to make the application much more than just a virtual game but also as a way to reach out and help our "brothers" and "sisters" in the real world. These people we call "Family" have given much more to each other than game assistance but have also reached out their hands and hearts to each other in our daily lives.
I have taken the time often to thank the players for all they do for me and my fellow gamers but I also have to take a moment to thank the developers and programmers who, without them, we would not have had the chance to get to know each other and find these people who truly give a part of themselves to others on a daily basis. So, Zynga...Cheers to you!!!
