PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE AND WE ASK THAT YOU HELP TO SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR MAFIA. IF IT AFFECTS THEM, IT CAN AFFECT YOU EITHER DIRECTLY OR YOUR ASSOCIATED CLAN(S).
THE HACKING CONTINUES
There has been a rash of attacks by a hacker being spread around facebook. The perpetrator sends out an email to all members of clan pages which contains a message which offers four (4) free skill points by clicking a link. Once the link is clicked, a pop up appears asking you to log into your facebook account.DO NOT CLICK on this link!
Several of our Godfathers and Godmothers have fallen victim to this villainous attacker. Once they gain access to the account they access the member's Mafia Wars account, transfers high end loot items and then proceeds to go to the clan pages which were created by our friends, removes all members of the Administration line and sends a mass message to all members spreading the infected link. It appears that whoever is behind this vicious attack is focusing on clan pages and shutting them down. If this happens to you immediately change your password and follow the appropriate guidelines to report the suspicious activity to both facebook and Zynga.

"Our little birdie" has let us know that major changes are on the way to FB mafia Wars. As the platform of Myspace.com will soon be terminated and any players that wish to continue will be merged into the face book platform.
This in advance notice allows us to become ready for such an influx as it will certainly effect some existing clans.
We are in this effort currently reaching out to MySPace Clans to better integrate them to our platform.
